Terms of Service (beta)
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Tunza is in beta. Features, prices and these Terms may change. This plain-language version will be reviewed by a lawyer before the public launch.
1. Who we are
Tunza is run by Titilope Adesodun, Lagos, Nigeria ("Tunza", "we", "us"). Contact: tunza.dev.mail@gmail.com.
2. Agreeing to these Terms
By tapping continue at sign-in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Tunza. We show the same notice again before you pay for Premium.
3. Who can use Tunza
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- The person a gift is for (the recipient) can be any age.
- Friends who add a note to a gift don't need an account.
4. Your gifts and your content
- You own what you add: photos, names and text.
- You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to build, show and deliver your gift. That permission ends when the gift is deleted.
- You confirm you have the right to share every photo and name you add, and that the people in them are fine with it. If the recipient or anyone in a photo is under 18, you confirm their parent or guardian is fine with it.
- The Tunza templates, designs and software belong to us.
5. Who can see a gift
- Gifts are unlisted. Anyone who has the link can open the gift. Search engines are told not to list gift pages.
- Premium gifts can have a password. Then anyone with both the link and the password can open it.
- We can't control who you or the recipient forward the link or password to.
- You can turn a gift's link off or delete the gift at any time.
6. Friends' notes
- A gift's creator can share a contribute link. Anyone with that link can add their name and a short note.
- Notes wait for the creator's approval. The creator can approve, hide or delete any note, but can't edit it.
- Approved notes are visible to anyone with the gift link.
- To have your note removed, ask the gift's creator or email tunza.dev.mail@gmail.com.
- A gift can hold up to 100 approved notes. To prevent spam, the number of notes one person can send in an hour is limited.
7. Content rules
Don't use Tunza to share anything that:
- is illegal in Nigeria or where you live;
- harasses, threatens, bullies or humiliates anyone;
- attacks a person or group for who they are;
- is sexually explicit;
- shares someone's private information or photos without their permission;
- pretends to be someone else;
- copies someone else's work without the right to use it;
- contains scams, spam or harmful links.
We can unpublish or delete a gift or note, or close an account, that breaks these rules. We'll usually tell you why, unless the law or someone's safety stops us.
8. Reporting a gift
If a gift involves you without your permission or breaks these rules, use the Report this gift link at the end of the gift, or email tunza.dev.mail@gmail.com with the gift link. Reports go to the Tunza team, not to the person who made the gift. We respond within 72 hours. If the report is credible, we take the gift offline while we review it.
9. Free and Premium
Free gifts are complete and shareable. The link works for 30 days from the day you first publish. After that the link stops working; you can bring the gift back by upgrading it until day 90. At day 90 the gift is permanently deleted. We email you before each of these dates.
Drafts (never published) are deleted 90 days after your last edit. We email you 7 days before.
Premium costs the price shown before you pay (currently ₦1,500) per gift, paid once. There are no subscriptions. Premium adds more photos (up to 40), all colour palettes and font sets, an optional password, custom links, no Tunza mark on the replay screen, and a link that doesn't expire.
- You can upgrade a gift at any time, including after sharing it.
- Premium gift links last for as long as Tunza operates. If Tunza ever shuts down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email and a way to download your photos.
- Premium applies to one gift. If you delete a Premium gift, the payment doesn't move to another gift.
Emails: we send you service emails about your gifts (expiry and deletion reminders, payment help). We don't send marketing emails.
10. Payments and refunds
- Payments are processed by Paystack. You enter card or bank details on Paystack's own page; Tunza never sees them.
- Premium is applied once Paystack confirms your payment. If there's a delay, it will be applied within 24 hours.
- We give refunds only when:
- you were charged more than once for the same gift; or
- you paid but Premium wasn't applied, and you ask for a refund.
- If you paid for a gift that had already been permanently deleted, we refund you in full.
- No refund is given when a gift is removed for breaking the content rules.
- To ask for a refund, email tunza.dev.mail@gmail.com with your Paystack reference.
11. Deleting your account
- You can delete any gift in the app at any time.
- To delete your account, email tunza.dev.mail@gmail.com from your account's email address. We complete it within 30 days.
- We keep payment records (reference, amount, date and email) for 6 years for tax purposes, even after your account is deleted. See the Privacy Policy.
12. Beta and availability
Tunza is in beta. It may have bugs, go offline for a while, or change. We work to keep your gifts safe, but we can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of your photos.
13. Our liability
To the extent Nigerian law allows:
- Tunza is provided "as is".
- We aren't responsible for what users put in gifts or notes.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the gift concerned.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
14. Changes to these Terms
- Material changes: we email you and show a notice in the app before they take effect.
- Minor changes: we show a notice in the app.
If you keep using Tunza after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes go to the courts of Lagos State.
